New Recruits will remain on trial until a majority of
votes is obtained from the senior members. The votes are based on the following:
Skill, Sportsmanship and dedications, Meaning the frequency the players shows up to play and represents the clan.
The voting poll is only accessible to the senior members to keep stats as fair as possible.
